Project Aquarius
AQUARIUS is a project which compiled the history of alien presence and their interaction with Homo Sapiens upon this planet for the last 25,000 years and culminating with the Basque people who live in the mountainous country on the border of France and Spain and the Syrians.
Contains 16 volumes of documented information collected from the beginning of the United States Investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and Identified Alien Crafts (IAC). The Project was originally established in 1953, by order of President Eisenhower, under control of NSC and MJ12. In 1966, the Project's name was changed from Project Gleem to Project Aquarius. The Project was funded by CIA confidential funds (non-appropriated). The Project was originally classified SECRET but was upgraded to its present classification in Dec. 1969 after Project Blue Book closed. The purpose of Project Aquarius was to collect all scientific, technological, medical, and intelligence information from UFO/IAC sightings, and contacts with Alien life forms.
This orderly file of collected information has been used to advanced the United States Space Program.
Project Gleem, which became Project Aquarius in 1966
Project Bando
(PROWORD: RISK) Originally established in 1949. Its mission was to collect and evaluate medical information from the surviving Alien creature and the recovered Alien bodies. This Project medically examined EBE and provided United States medical researchers with certain answers to the evolution theory. (OPR: CIA) (Terminated in 1974)
Project BlueBook
Ninety percent of the estimated 12,000 reports analyzed by the Air Force were considered hoaxes, explained aerial phenomenas, or natural astronomical objects. The other 10 percent were considered legitimate Alien sightings and/or incidents.
Clementine probe
Moon probe, returned pictures from the moon, lost contact, now orbiting the Sun.
What could be the reasoning behind the DOD's (Department of Defense) involvement in the 1994 NASA Clementine Moon mission?
DOD spokesmen stated that this was an attempt to "space-qualify" newly developed sensors and camera equipment. These new components are lightweight miniature imaging sensors and equipment for the next generation DOD spacecraft which are necessary for "complete acquisition and detection" of ground based missile systems.
According to Major Tom LaRock, the new incarnation of SDI the BMDO (Ballistic Missile Defense Organization) has moved away from "space based" system philosophy. This new approach is said to deal with theater missile defense, where sensors would detect missiles before and during their firing stages.
If this is the case, why test these systems in orbit around the Moon? Couldn't these tests be more accurately done around the Earth? What form of detection was being tested? One thing was admitably obtained, a mineral and geological map on the Moon. (?)
In an all to familiar story, Clementine was lost shortly after photographing the surface of the Moon due to a malfunction in one of it's thrusters and is now orbiting the Sun.

GARNET is the project responsible for control of all information and documents regarding this subject and accountability of the information and documents.
USAF Projec Gemini and Project Gleem
In 1953, Project Gleem was initiated by order of President Eisenhower, who believed the UFOs presented a threat to the national security of the United States. Project Gleem, which became Project Aquarius in 1966.

Participation in the illegal drug trade was justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. The purpose of project GRUDGE was to collect all scientific, technological, medical and intelligence information from UFO/IAC sightings and contacts with alien life forms. This orderly file of collected information has been used to advance the United States Space Program.
Project Joshua
JOSHUA is a project to develop a low frequency pulsed sound generating weapon. It is said that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and beam weapons.
Project Luna
LUNA is the alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by Apollo Astronauts. A base, a mining operation using very large machines, and a very large alien craft described in sighting reports as MOTHER SHIPS exist there.
Project MAJI
MAJI is the MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE. All information, disinformation, and intelligence is gathered and evaluated by this agency. The agency is responsible for all disinformation and operates in conjunction with the CIA, NSA, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. This is a very powerful organization and all alien projects are under its control. MAJI is only responsible to MJ-12.

Project Plato
PLATO is the project responsible for Diplomatic relations with the aliens. This project secured a formal treaty (illegal under the Constitution) with the aliens. The terms were that the aliens would give us technology. In return we agreed to keep their presence on earth a secret, not to interfere in any way thier actions, and to allow them to abduct humans and animals. The aliens agreed to furnish MJ-12 with a list of abductees on a periodic basis.
Project Pluto
PLUTO is a project to evaluate all UFO/IAC information pertaining to space technology.
Project Pounce
POUNCE is the project formed to recover all downed/crashed craft and aliens.

On the day Dec. 28, 1980, GMT, Project Pounce was activated. We received a command to proceed to RAF Woodbridge, a joint US/British NATO base at Suffolk, England, 81st TAC Fighter Wing where we would be met by a Special Delta Force team. We were to contact the Base Commander, Col. Dale C. Tabor, and Question Lt. Col. Charles Halt, The Deputy Base Commander about the UFO sighting and landing there. We were to view the complete filming including the landing. Our investigation showed that a landing pattern was produced in the grass unlike the aircraft itself. This pattern was identical to a landing pattern (Crop Circle) produced at Warminster, England on or near the same date. We concluded that the Unidentified aircraft, Circular, Size 30 ft by 20 feet tall, made the patterns because of the unusual propulsion systems used. The film was immediately sent to a special office in the Pentagon designated OSIP (This changes constantly to avoid detection). We then proceeded to erase all evidence of the arrival of the craft.
Project Rainbow
Project Rainbow was allegedly an experiment conducted upon a small destroyer escort ship during World War II, both in the Philadelphia Naval Yard and at sea; the goal was to make that ship invisible to enemy detection.
Project Redlight
REDLIGHT is the project to test fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada. It was aided when the aliens gave us craft and helped us fly them. The initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us.
Project Saint & Project Sigma
(PROWORD: MIDNIGHT)
Originally established as part of Project Gleem in 1954. Became a separate project in 1976. Its mission was to establish communication with Aliens. This Project met with positive success, when in 1959, the United States established primitive communications with the Aliens. On April 25, 1964, a USAF intelligence officer met two Aliens at a prearranged location in the desert of New Mexico
Established in 1954 as part of PROJECT SIGN. The mission of PROJECT SIGMA was to establish communication with the aliens. First communication was established in 1959 through binary computer language. On April 25, 1964 a USAF (OSI) officer met with aliens at a prearranged desert location in New Mexico. Information was exchanged and a basic understanding was reached after several hours. It was learned through this effort that several species of alien life existed. Communication was eventually established with all of them. Through communications it was determined that 3 catagorys existed. The three catagorys are MALEVOLENT (DANGEROUS), BENEVOLENT (GOOD-HELPFUL), and NEUTRAL (OBSERVERS ONLY) The project has been extremely successful.
Project Sign
The first project under MAJESTIC TWELVE. The mission of project sign was essentially the same as that which PROJECT AQUARIUS evolved into. PROJECT SIGN referred to aliens as Extraterrestrial Biological Entities. The reasons for the absorbtion of PROJECT SIGN by PROJECT AQUARIUS were mainly of a political and security nature. PROJECT AQUARIUS stripped the Air Force and Army Generals of their historic control of the UFO/IAC projects and placed most of it under the Intelligence umbrella.
Project Snowbird
SNOWBIRD was established as a cover for project REDLIGHT. Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been SNOWBIRD craft.
(PROWORD: CETUS) Originally established in 1972. Its mission was to test fly a recovered alien aircraft. This project is continuing in Nevada.
Project Starlight Coalition

The Project Starlight Coalition (PSC) is a voluntary association of researchers, scientists, world leaders and concerned citizens who are dedicated to effecting a non-harmful disclosure on the UFO/ETI (Unidentified Flying Object / Extraterrestrial Intelligence) issue in the near future.
Since its inception in July 1993, the PSC has developed a strategy to coordinate a high level disclosure on the UFO/ETI subject, and has successfully been able to brief numerous world leaders. We have found that wide consensus exists among senior political, scientific and military / intelligence figures for a public acknowledgement of the reality of UFOs and ETI.
The PSC envisions the process of disclosure to go forward in four phases:
I. Collection of evidence and the testimony of senior government, military and intelligence witnesses on the UFO/ETI subject; development of strategy; building networks and early pre-briefing of senior world leaders (underway).
II. Upon finalization of evidence and witness testimony collection, the formal briefing process will begin. The briefing process, to begin just prior to a public disclosure, will be geared towards the world's senior government, scientific, cultural and religious leaders and organizations.
III. The public announcement will include an event covered by the world's media where the best evidence and witnesses will be presented publicly, making an undeniable case for the reality of UFOs and ETI.
IV. The Post Announcement Era. As follow-up to the announcement concerning the detection of ETI, a continuing effort of public education, conferences and in-depth briefings will occur. This continued educational program is to ensure a calm, orderly and ultimately constructive assimilation of the knowledge that we are not alone in the universe, and to empower the world community to assume open responsibility for management of the subject, thus ending current exclusive covert control.
The interested and concerned public is invited to join PSC to assist in this global disclosure effort. Specifically, help is needed in the following areas:
1. Collection of best evidence and witnesses. High quality, multiple witnessed UFO/ETI cases, official documents, photos, video, movies, hard evidence such as metal samples, biological samples, etc., and first-hand government / military witnesses are being sought. If you have access to, or possess high quality evidence, please contact us as soon as possible. Important witnesses to current or past operations dealing with this subject may be assured of confidentiality and a serious approach to their security needs and national security oaths / obligations (see below).
2. Network building. In order to provide briefings, serve in an advisory capacity and gather support for the project, we invite those with bona fide contacts in the following areas to contact us: government leaders and organizations, scientific leaders and organizations, military / intelligence leaders and organizations, cultural and economic leaders and organizations, including the media, religious leaders and organizations, other leaders and organizations who need to be briefed or could provide assistance
3. Funding. We have ultimate funding needs of approximately $5 million. If you know of individuals, institutions, philanthropic organizations or other groups who could help with funding, please contact us.
WITNESS TESTIMONY
A key part of the Project Starlight Coalition's strategy is the identification of important government witnesses to theUFO/ETI subject. This includes scientists, corporate contractors, military and intelligence officers and officials, civilian government employees, NASA and other space officials and employees, and political figures. The combination of bona fide witness testimony from credible witnesses of staturewith other evidence, such as pilot sightings, general reports, government documents, photos, videos, hard evidence, etc., will make an undeniable case for the reality of the UFOs and the existence of ETI.
We are acutely aware of the sensitive security issues and needs of these types of witnesses, and have taken measures for their protection. Very senior US government briefings have occurred and steps are being taken at appropriate levels of the Executive Branch of the US government to provide release for these witnesses from their national security obligations, and to provide for their protection.
Moreover, an important dynamic is created by gathering together multiple credible witnesses in a coalition - there is safety in numbers - and by coordinating a strategy for all of these witnesses to come forward in unison and at the same time, credibility is enhanced and an unassailable case is made for the reality of the subject.
Nevertheless, we recognize that courage and a genuine sense of altruism and dedication to the ideals of democracy ar required for individuals to come forward. We have already located a number of such witnesses and invite others to come forward. The time for the truth to be told has come, and with the end of the Cold War, there can be no justification for continued secrecy. Indeed, the future of democracy may depend on the courage of individuals willing to come forward and share what they know about a subject which must become the domain of all the peoples of the world. Winterhaven
Winterhaven was the name of an antigravity project T. T. Brown wanted to sell to the government in the early '50s, but I don't think he did.
I seem to remember the name of a nuclear rocket program being Winterhaven or something similar to it, but I'm not sure.
