Sighted throughout Ohio, a hook shaped flying object was observed hovering intermittently over various cities in the state.

The unidentified flying object in the picture could not have been a street lamp, simply because there were no street lamps there at the time. There are no power poles or power lines visible anywhere in this picture. Summer 1932, Mid-day, St. Paris, Ohio. This picture of George Sutton of St. Paris, Ohio, taken near mid-day (as may be seen from the shadows on the ground) shows a vintage automobile with a 1932 license plate on the front bumper. The owner of the photo album says there were no electric street lights along this road in those days. Nobody has been able to account for the dark object seen over Sutton's left shoulder in this photograph.

Mr. B. Stevenson observed a glowing orange disc, 60ft in diameter and 12ft thick, hover over his farm. He was attracted to the object by the sudden fright his animals exhibited. Mr. Bruce Stevenson sighted a large saucer shaped craft hover low to the ground. The craft emitted a high-intensity orange light before ascending into the night sky. Mr. Stevenson reported the sighting to the local police who had no explanation.

Residents of Delaware observed many illuminated cylindrical UFOs hover over their city. Observers described the objects as cigar shaped.

A UFO was reportedly photographed by a witness identified only as W. No other details are available.

Reverend Gregory Miller shot three rolls of 16mm black and white film and 10 still pictures of a large disc-shaped object that flew in and out of a searchlight beam. Smaller triangle shaped objects seemed to come out of the larger main disc and fly around independently, about five objects to a group. They came down the beam and then turned off. The light beam BENT toward the discs when they were not in the path of the beam.

An offical of the Center for UFO Studies is seeking information from anyone who might have seen a phenomenon similar to one reported by a Lima man. Arley Taylor said he was making deliveries to Scot Lad Foods Inc., 1100 Prosperity Road, at 4:30 a.m. today when he saw an orange light in the sky, "that was the size of a grapefruit and darted about like a hummingbird for about 10 to 15 seconds, then disappeared. "Taylor, 55, of 1030 Cornell Drive, reported the sighting to Lima's John Timmerman, vice president of the Center for UFO Studies in Glenview, Ill. Taylor said he studied the sky as he continued on his delivery route, but didn't see the object again. Taylor works for Service American Corp., 1251 N. Cole St. The light was in the northwest, apparently some 200 feet above the ground, and could be seen against the overcast sky, said Taylor. Timmerman asked that anyone who might have seen a similar phenomenon today contact him in writing at P.O. Box 1621, Lima.
Cleveland, OH - Oct. 27, 1986 CR: B. Robbins/COUD-I Explosion over lake reported; search on Two Coast Guard boats searched last night for debris after two people said they saw an explosion over Lake Erie, off Euclid. About 6 p.m. a resident of Euclid high-rise near E. 260th St. reported seeing an explosion in the air over the lake. The woman said she saw smoke and debris falling into the lake. Coast Guard officials called Federal Aviation Administration controllers and airports last night to see whether any planes had been reported missing. None were. An official at the Cuyahoga County Airport in Richmond Heights also reported seeing a bright light descending from the sky about the same time, the Coast Guard said.
3/01/89 UNION CITY, OH. 8:03 PM
While driving home, two witnesses saw triangular shaped object stationary in the sky, about halfway between their car and their house. Car was about quarter mile from house at time. Witnesses stopped car and stared in disbelief. Described as "gigantic" as being larger than house, 95 ft. long. Object passed over head at about 40 ft. Surface looked "very metallic". Rumbling sound. Sighting lasted for 10 minutes.

Night Dogs barked on Friday, the 10th. Large circle, burn, 40-50' wide found.
